National Instruments PCI Series  PCI-6110

Featured with simultaneous-sampling capabilities, the National Instruments PCI‑6110 is an S Series Multifunction I/O Device for PCI bus computers. This device is widely used in sonar, ultrasound, radar, and 43 V automotive applications. The PCI 6110 DAQ features four 12-Bit analog inputs, two analog outputs, and eight DIOs. A separate 12-bit analog-to-digital converter is provided for each of the four analog input channels.
The NI-DAQmx driver is fully compatible with this device and offers simple configurations and measurements. This model can acquire samples with 1 kS/s (min) and 5 MS/s (max) frequency. For signal reception, the NI PCI-6110 can be operated in either AC or DC coupling mode. All positive and negative input channels of this data acquisition card operate under overvoltage protection that is set at ± 42 V.
For fast handling of obtained samples and their forwarding, a FIFO buffer (for holding around 8192 samples) is additionally used in the input circuitry. The two output channels of the PCI 6110 NI support DC coupling. This device has two 24-bit, counter/timer channels that are compatible with CMOS/TTL. Moreover, 20 MHz and 100 kHz base clocks are also available for controlling time-related functions and applications. The analog inputs of the PCI 6110 can be configured to handle a variety of actions through analog triggering. This Multifunction I/O Device can be used in any PCI slots that can handle full-length modules.
